1. No Refunds on Competition Entries

All competition entries are treated as digital products and are delivered instantly at the point of purchase.

For this reason, and due to the nature of prize competitions, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental entry

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to read the competition description

  • Not using or missing discounts/codes

  • Entering the wrong competition

  • Claiming the competition “did not meet expectations”

Once an entry is submitted and payment is processed, it cannot be reversed.


2. Compliance With UK Prize Competition Regulations

Our competitions operate under UK prize competition and free-entry rules.

Because each paid entry provides a chance to win and the process begins immediately, entries cannot be cancelled or refunded.


3. Technical Issues During Purchase

If a technical issue occurs (e.g., payment taken but entry not received):

  • We will investigate the issue

  • Valid entries will be correctly allocated

  • Duplicate entries caused by system errors will be reviewed and corrected

While refunds are not provided, we will always ensure you receive any entry you paid for.


4. Fraud, Chargebacks & Abuse

Any fraudulent chargeback claim will result in:

  • Permanent account closure

  • Voiding of all future entries

  • Legal/administrative action where appropriate

We work closely with our payment provider to investigate disputed payments.


5. Cancellation of a Competition

In the rare event a competition is cancelled by us:

  • All paid entries will be refunded in full

  • Refunds will be sent using the original payment method

This is the only circumstance where refunds may be issued.
